• Take pictures of a couple of magnificent city symbols dominating the Kuala Lumpur city skyline
• See some of the city’s futuristic structures built, such as the towering Petronas Twin Towers
• Explore the “Golden Triangle” of the commercial and business sector, with its upscale hotels and shopping malls
• Go to Independence Square and admire colonial buildings and the English-style cricket ground in the city

• Visa fees for Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia.
• Optional tours and activities (e.g., city tours, day trips, dinner cruises).
• Lunches, dinners, and beverages.
• Personal expenses (e.g., shopping, laundry, phone calls).
• Travel insurance (highly recommended).
• Additional transportation not mentioned in the itinerary.
• Hotel surcharges during public holidays or special events.

Optional Tours and Activities ($):

• Bangkok: City tour, Pattaya day trip, dinner cruise.
• Kuala Lumpur: City tour, Genting Highlands, Batu Caves.

Estimated Cost per Person:

• Base package: 77999 BDT (without optional tours).
• Optional tours: Add per selection.

Child Policy:

1. Infants (under 2 years): Complimentary (no separate seat on flights). Not Allowed at budget package
2. Children (2-11 years):70% of the adult package price if sharing a bed with parents. 90% of the adult package price if an extra bed is required.
3. Children (12 years and above): Full adult package price.

Booking and Payment Policy:

1. Deposit:

Minimum 50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be cleared 27 days prior to departure.

2. Payment Methods:

Bank transfer, online payment, or cash deposit. Payments are accepted in BDT/GBP/USD as per the prevailing exchange rate.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation Charges:

30+ days before departure: 20% of the package cost will be retained. 15-29 days before departure: 50% of the package cost will be retained. Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

2. Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days from the date of the cancellation request.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

Visa fees, optional tours, and any services already utilized are non-refundable.
