 Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu - Transfer to Nagarkot

Arrival: Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you'll be greeted and transferred to Nagarkot (approximately 1.5 hours' drive).

Check-in: Relax at your 3-star hotel in Nagarkot and enjoy the scenic beauty of the Himalayan ranges.

Evening: Witness a stunning sunset over the mountains.

Overnight: Stay at a hotel in Nagarkot.

Day 2: Sunrise in Nagarkot - Return to Kathmandu

Morning: Wake up early to experience a mesmerising sunrise over the Himalayas.

After Breakfast: Check out and proceed back to Kathmandu. En route, visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Afternoon: Arrive in Kathmandu and check in to your hotel. Spend the rest of the day exploring the local markets or relaxing at your leisure.

Overnight: Stay at a hotel in Kathmandu. 

Day 3: Kathmandu Sightseeing

Morning: After breakfast, embark on a guided tour of Kathmandu’s iconic sites:

Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple): A stunning hilltop temple offering panoramic views of the city.

Pashupatinath Temple: One of the holiest Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Boudhanath Stupa: A significant Buddhist pilgrimage site.

Afternoon: Visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, and explore its ancient palaces and temples.

Evening: Free time for shopping or optional cultural experiences.

Overnight: Stay at a hotel in Kathmandu. 

Day 4: Departure from Kathmandu 

Morning: Enjoy your complimentary breakfast and check out of the hotel.

Transfer: You’ll be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.

Estimated Cost per Person:

• Base package: 54,000/- BDT (without optional tours).
• Optional tours: Add per selection.

Child Policy:

1. Infants (under 2 years): Complimentary (no separate seat on flights). Not Allowed at budget package
2. Children (2-11 years):70% of the adult package price if sharing a bed with parents. 90% of the adult package price if an extra bed is required.
3. Children (12 years and above): Full adult package price.

Booking and Payment Policy:

1. Deposit:

Minimum 70% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be cleared 27 days prior to departure.

2. Payment Methods:

Bank transfer, online payment, or cash deposit. Payments are accepted in BDT/GBP/USD as per the prevailing exchange rate.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation Charges:

30+ days before departure: 20% of the package cost will be retained. 15-29 days before departure: 50% of the package cost will be retained. Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be provided.

2. Refund Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days from the date of the cancellation request.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

Visa fees, optional tours, and any services already utilized are non-refundable.
